Welcome to Nuvie Ceylon's terms and conditions, which apply to all items ordered from nuvieceylon.com. Please read through them carefully before placing your order. By using this website and/or placing an order you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below. Please also read our Privacy Policy regarding personal information provided by you.

We may change these terms and conditions from time to time without notice to you. Changes will apply to any subsequent orders received. Once your order has been confirmed, we will not be able to make any changes to the terms that apply to the particular order.

Price & Payment Options

We accept Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Cash on Delivery, Online Bank Transfers & Buy Now Pay Later Options Only.

If you have paid using your debit, credit or charge card, you will only be charged once the goods have been dispatched to the delivery address. We will email you to confirm dispatch.

The prices shown on our website include any VAT or similar sales tax at the prevailing rate for which we are responsible as the seller. The amount you pay will be the price indicated plus any delivery charges. The delivery charges will depend on the delivery option that you choose and will be shown during the checkout process.

We charge you for your order in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR). The actual price charged to international customers will be subject to the exchange rate applied by the customer's credit or debit card company. If you are unsure about whether duties, taxes and charges might apply to your order, you should contact your local bank.

Product Information

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and appearance of our products that appear on the website. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor and device settings, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will accurately reflect the color of the product on delivery.

All sizes and measurements are approximate, however we do make every effort to ensure they are as accurate as possible. Unless otherwise stated, sizes indicated follow International, UK, US, and European standards. Please refer to our detailed size guide for clarification.

We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on the website are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system. We reserve the right to refuse orders where product information has been incorrectly published, including prices and promotional offers.

Purchase of Product

When you place an order on our website we shall email you an order confirmation. Our acceptance of your order does not take place until dispatch of the order, at which point the contract for the purchase of goods will be made and you will be charged for your purchase.

Once you have completed checkout and received your order confirmation email, you will not be able to make any changes to your order. Please ensure that everything is correct before clicking the ‘CONFIRM & PAY’ button.

Any discounts triggered by the entry of a promotional code will not be applied until the order is accepted but will be detailed on your invoice.

We reserve the right to refuse an order. Non-acceptance of an order may result from one of the following:

  • The product ordered being unavailable from stock
  • Our inability to obtain authorization of payment
  • The identification of an error within the product information, including price or promotional details
  • If we suspect any fraudulent activity on the account
  • Failure to meet our verification requirements

If there are any problems with your order we shall contact you using the information provided. We reserve the right to reject any offer to purchase at any time. We will take all necessary measures to keep the details of your order and payment information secure.

Prices are subject to change without prior notice. These changes will not affect orders that have already been dispatched. All prices are inclusive of applicable VAT and taxes.

All goods are subject to availability. As there is a delay between when an order is placed and when the order is accepted, the stock position relating to particular items may change. If an item you have ordered becomes out of stock before we accept the order, we shall notify you as soon as possible and you will not be charged for the out of stock items.

We continually update our website and product offerings. From time to time our stores may run special local promotions which may not be available on our website, or we may offer special discounts online that are not available in physical stores. Additionally, some website promotions may not be available to customers in particular jurisdictions.

Returns & Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Nuvie Ceylon. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached. Custom or personalized items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization number.

Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items.

If any provision shall be unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severed and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
